Finding Peace

You hear "Peace" all of the time throughout the Holiday Season, but this is the number one thing lacking with families at Christmas and New Years, isn't it? Everyone seems to be flying around like tornados getting all of their holiday food, gifts, and clothes together! It seems like this doesn't stop until January the 2nd! This week make it your goal to help become Peacemakers! This week, think of ways that you can make the coming Holidays easier and less stressful for yourself and your family. God have given each one of us the role of being His ambassadors of peace. If tensions arrise this Holiday Season and your expectations are not met, just let it go! It's not worth it to get so worked up over little things! Look up Matthew 5:9 "Blessed are the peacemakers, for they will be called sons of God." Write this down and keep this verse with you if things go a little out of control within the next few weeks! Focus on God! All of the rest will fall into place!
