Letting God in Our Lives

While attending church this past Sunday, Pastor Steve, from Connection Pointe Church in Brownsburg – see the web-site in My Links - spoke on… “Things that may Block us from God”; for example, “Possessions, People, Plans, and sometimes even, Fear”. With this in mind, we all need to reach out in Faith, and put our lives in God’s Hands, however scary or uncomfortable it might be. Look at the following verses: Hebrews 12:2, Let us fix our eyes on Jesus, the Author and Perfecter of our Faith, who for the joy set before Him, endured the Cross, Scorning it’s Shame, and Sat Down at the Right Hand of the Throne of God. (NIV) Hebrews 12:1 … let us throw off everything that Hinders and the Sin that so easily Entangles, and let us Run with Perseverance, the Race marked out For Us. (NIV) In closing, each day try to get rid of all the “stuff” that’s blocking you from being in a Relationship with God. Everyday, try to give a little more of yourself to Him! Don’t be afraid! Christ Loves you so much… more than you could possibly imagine.
