The Power to Change for 2011!

Now, it is Wednesday, January the 5th. Have you already broken your New Year's Resolution? I know, it is so easy to do, isn't it? Our biggest battle is the Attitude of Defeat and Discouragement; sometimes before we even get started. We then give up and except our old habits and say to ourselves, "I can't do this right now, because...." Sound familiar? Well this Attitude that gets lodged in our brain is the Negativity of SIN! Look at Mark 14:38, ... the Spirit is willing, but the body is weak. (NIV) This Spirit is God! You have to BELIEVE that Christ can change you... from the on-going Cycle of Today and work with you to change the Cycle of Tomorrow! COMMIT totally to HIM. Give it all to Christ! Leave all of your Failures behind you and Start Fresh! 2 Timothy 1:7, For God did not give us a Spirit or Timidity, but a Spirit of Power, of Love and of Self-Discipline. God wants to give you HIS Spirit who will give you Self-Discipline. (NIV) 2 Corinthians 3:17, ... the Lord is the Spirit, and where the Spirit of the Lord is, there is Freedom.
