QUESTION: What does Worry Do? ANSWER: Nothing!
I've spent an awful lot of time in my life worrying. I've worried about grades in school, job interviews, approaching deadlines and shrinking budgets. I've worried about bills and expenses, rising gas prices, insurance costs and endless taxes. I've even worried about having my home in perfect condition for "company," and within seconds of their arrival, the house is turned upside down and no one even notices.
I've worried about first impressions, political correctness, identity theft and contagious infections. In spite of all the worrying, I'm still alive and well, and all my bills are paid.

Yes, I totally agree that these "Worries" can take over your life if you let it. Have you noticied that a closer relationship with God takes care of a lot of this "Worry" in your life. I can tell personally when I need to start spending more time with God. This is when my world is revolving all around "me" and I'm trying to do everything on my own leaving God in the background. Sound Familiar?
Yes, I believe we are all guilty of this. We are thinking in our minds, "I don't have time for Prayer right now... or reading the Bible for that matter." Your life seems to flow so much easier and happier when you finally stop trying to do everything on your own. God does make a Difference!
