How have You changed Your Relationship towards God over the Past Few Weeks? Are You Spending More Time with Him or Serving More at Church, with Your Family, or with Your Friends? Serving is so Fulfilling and Easy to Do! You could help out Your Mother or Friend with Daily Chores around the House. Another idea is to help one of Your Brothers or Sisters with their Homework or maybe a School Project? Believe it or not… when you Reach Out and Help Others, Everyone Wins! How you may ask? It takes the Focus off of Yourself and Your Problems. Plus, the Person that You are helping is So Touched that You helped Them! So, it’s a Win / Win Situation! When you Focus on just Yourself, it makes it so Easy to Walk Away From God. Sometimes, you don’t even realize He’s Gone out of Your Life, because You are so consumed by Yourself. For me, staying in a Relationship with God is a Commitment. I think of it as the same Commitment in Marriage. Sometimes, it’s hard to get that Spark of Love Back in Your Marriage like it was When You Both First Met! Keeping that Commitment to One Another is so Important. Unfortunately, this is a Big Part of why Marriages are Falling Apart a lot of the Time. I’m sure that You’ve Heard the Comments… “We Fell out of Love” or “We’re Just Not That Happy Anymore”. Same is true about your Relationship with God. It takes Commitment! Hold onto your Faith and Love for God even when you don’t think He’s in Your Life, 'cause Believe me, He’s always There... Listening to Us and Loving Us!
