Man, I Just "CAN'T LIVE WITHOUT IT"!

The thing that we "Desire" will always become the “Object of Our Worship”. Desire is a lot more “serious” than we realize. These “Things” we are pursuing are actually “Things” we are WORSHIPPING! Have you ever thought of it that way before? In your life, do you spend more time “Thinking about God” or the “Things” that you want or have to have everyday; such as your Blackberry, your Cell Phone, your I-Phone, your I-Pod, a television show, etc...? or... maybe it's something else that you know is wrong and can't stop wanting it - drugs, sex, or possibly even pornography. My question to you is… What “Things” get your Attention? How much time have you been wasting thinking about how great it will be once you get that “Special Thing”? Is it the first thought of your day or the last thought before you go to sleep? I’m not saying that setting goals – like going to school, finding a house, or finding a new job – are bad things. What I am saying is don’t put it before God! Don’t let "This Thing" crowd out your "Thoughts, Prayers, and Praises to God" in the process! Ask God to "Help You" and "Come Along Side You", "Support, and Guide You" to make the right decisions on what you “Need”. Our goal is to “Desire” a Relationship with God? We should be “Desiring” to have a deeper "Connection to God", a "Stronger Faith", and a "Deeper Trust in Him"! This is why “Desire” is such an important part of our Spiritual Lives. Read the attached slowly and carefully… It is so true! When what we desire is too little, what we worship is really little. When we desire much, we will worship the One who is much. I pray for myself and everyone of you to have a Stronger Desire for God! Amen
